Barista Bot, a division of Espresso + Milk, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the Barista Bot customer portal and SMS ordering service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Phone number — used to send one-time login codes and order confirmations via SMS.
• Name and email — optionally provided during account setup.
• Order history — beverage orders placed through our service.
• Payment information — processed securely through Square. We do not store card numbers.

• To authenticate your identity via SMS one-time codes.
• To process and fulfill your orders.
• To send order updates and support messages via SMS.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages including login codes and order updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (Square for payments, Twilio for SMS, Google Cloud for hosting).

Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at hi@baristabot.app.
